Sometimes, different warranty periods apply to the same hardware solution. For assemblies that we manufacture ourselves or that are integral components of a product, we typically offer a 24-month warranty. In many products, we also incorporate components from suppliers. Upon request, you can even flexibly influence which manufacturers we use for these components. For such components, the statutory 12-month warranty usually applies.

Of course, we know that a uniform warranty period is simpler in many ways than having several different periods for the various components of a product. That’s why we offer an extended warranty upon request. This gives you a uniform warranty period for the entire product while also allowing you to extend the period beyond the standard 24 months.
