Even though the scenario outlined is, of course, highly unlikely, we understand the desire or obligation of some customers to protect themselves in case the worst happens.

That’s why we offer an escrow service. Upon request, we deposit confidential development and manufacturing documents with an external trusted partner, whom we select together with you. In clearly defined scenarios, you’ll have access to these documents and can thus commission another manufacturer to produce your product. This allows you to minimize the risk of downtime and supply chain bottlenecks.
