This includes, among other things, economic crimes such as bribery, corruption, fraud, or money laundering; violations of antitrust and competition law; violations of applicable embargo and export regulations; and issues related to human rights, labor law, and the environment.
Our new compliance reporting system, “EthicsPoint - Knorr-Bremse”, provides our employees and external third parties with a confidential channel for reporting potential compliance violations. “EthicsPoint – Reporting Line” also allows for the anonymous reporting of compliance violations.
Your report will be processed in accordance with Knorr-Bremse’s applicable procedural rules, with confidentiality and fairness guaranteed.
