duagon is a leading global provider of smart electronics, computing hardware, and software solutions for mission-critical applications in the rail industry and medical technology. Its portfolio includes sub-systems and complete systems developed to the highest safety, quality, and reliability standards for network communication, computer control, and subsystem control. Rail operators, train manufacturers, and subsystem suppliers use them in signaling, track, and signal box technology, as well as in train control, train monitoring, and train communication. In medical and laboratory technology, custom system-on-modules and carrier boards control surgical robots as well as devices for intensive care and imaging.

The company’s headquarters is located in Dietikon (Switzerland), and its largest production facility is in Nuremberg (Germany). Since January 2026, duagon has been part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, which is headquartered in Munich. Together with the Group subsidiary Selectron, duagon combines its expertise in computing and communications solutions for rail vehicles within the Smart Electronics business unit.
