I agree to pay a minimum fee of AUD 250 ex. GST per device for repairs that are not covered by warranty or in the case of No-fault-found. duagon warranty terms are stated in our Terms and Conditions. The warranty will not apply:

to any Product which has been repaired, modified, or altered by the Client or a party other than duagon (excluding a third party approved by duagon in writing);
to any Product which has been the subject of misuse, negligence, or an accident of someone other than OEM, or which has been stored other than in accordance with the storage instructions (if any);
to any product which is incompatible with any products or software not provided by or recommended by duagon.

If the products are not eligible for warranty repair then a Quotation for the cost of the repairs will be provided to you. A formal Purchase Order must be provided by you before repair activities will be commenced.

When a device or a system is returned the inspection fee is calculated from the number of boards within the device or system.

The warranty will not apply:

to any product which has be repaired, modified, or altered by the client or a third party other than duagon
to any product which has been the subject of misuse, negligence or an accident of someone other than duagon

If the products are not eligible for warranty repair then a quotation for the costs of the repair will be provided to you.
